An A4 sheet to record your blood pressure every day: systolic, diastolic and pulse, morning and evening. Print or save as PDF and take it to your doctor.
Paper gets forgotten. Talhaq doesn’t.Rings at dose time until you tap “Taken”, and alerts your family if a dose is missed — talhaq.com
How to record a reading
On each row write the date and time, then the top (systolic) and bottom (diastolic) numbers as shown on the monitor, and the pulse. Note anything your doctor should know. Measuring at the same times each day makes comparison easier.
What’s normal for you is for your doctor to say; see guidance from the Ministry of Health. This sheet is for recording only.
Better than paper: an alarm that rings on time
Talhaq rings full screen at every dose even when locked, and won’t stop until you tap “Taken”. If your mother or father misses a dose, you get an alert with Call and WhatsApp.
