Medicine Schedule Maker

Type your medicines and how often you take each one, and we work out the times for your day — or between iftar and suhoor in Ramadan for your city. Then print it or send it to your family.

Your schedule

This tool only works out times; it doesn’t replace your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions or the leaflet. What you type stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

Every how many hours = how many times a day?

    PrescriptionPer dayExample times
    Every 24 hoursOnce8:00 AM
    Every 12 hoursTwice8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
    Every 8 hours3 times6:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 10:00 PM
    Every 6 hours4 times6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 12:00 AM

Paper gets forgotten. An alarm doesn’t.

Talhaq rings at these same times, full screen even when the phone is locked, until you tap “Taken” or snooze. In Ramadan you tie a dose to the azan — “15 minutes after Maghrib” — so it moves with it every day. And if your mother or father misses a dose, you get an alert with Call and WhatsApp.

    FAQ

Every 8 hours — how many times a day?

Three times, 8 hours apart: for example 6 AM, 2 PM and 10 PM. Pick a first dose that suits your sleep and the rest follow from it.

Every 12 hours — how many times?

Twice a day, 12 hours apart: for example 8 AM and 8 PM.

    Every-12-hours medicine in Ramadan?

Usually at iftar and suhoor. In Ramadan 1448 AH in Jeddah there are about 11 hours between iftar (6:24 PM) and suhoor, not 12 — ask your doctor or pharmacist if the interval matters for your medicine.

    I missed a dose — what now?

Don’t double the next dose on your own. Many medicines can be taken when you remember unless the next dose is close, but it varies — check the leaflet or ask a pharmacist.
