Reminders don’t ring when the app is closed

Some phones (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo…) stop apps in the background to save battery. Open Talhaq, tap the “Important” card on the home screen to set battery to “Unrestricted”, then try it from Settings with “Test now”.

How do I cancel Talhaq Plus?

On Google Play: your picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Talhaq → Cancel. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Plus stays active until the end of the paid period.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works with no account, email or phone number, and your reminders are stored on your phone.

How do I delete my data?

In Talhaq → Family, tap “Delete my data from the server” and everything you shared is removed at once. Uninstalling the app removes everything on your phone.

Prayer times look off

Check the location and calculation method in Settings. We pick your country’s official method automatically (Umm al-Qura in Saudi Arabia), and you can change it.
